ORGANIC HIBISCUS TEA

Hibiscus is a genus of several hundred species in the mallow family that are native to tropical regions throughout Europe, Africa and Asia. This species is commonly called roselle in many parts of the world, but is also known as sorrel in the Caribbean and as Flor de Jamaica in Mexico.

The large, fancy blooms are a vibrant color on the stem and retain their color when dried. Alone or in combination with other dried herbs, flowers and spices.

CERTIFIED ORGANIC: Certification is your guarantee that the product has been grown and processed according to strict guidelines established in the Organic Foods Production Act of 1990. Before a product can be labeled Certified Organic, farmers and processors must meet the following requirements:

• No harmful chemicals have been applied to the land for at least three years.
• Farmers and processors pass yearly inspections by an independent certifying agency.
